CLEVELAND, June 20, 2008 – The Lubrizol Corporation (NYSE:LZ) adds Huguenot Laboratories FSS ProTect GL premixed antifreeze solution to its FGG/BM/CZ™ System Compatible Program. Huguenot Laboratories designed its FFS ProTect GL glycerin-based material for wet fire protection systems. According to the manufacturer, the non-toxic antifreeze is bio-stable and may be used in the place of water and other water-like fluids in sprinkler systems where freezing may either cause damage or interfere with the functioning of the systems.
